The Okuma EVx Surf rods use soft EVA foam in front of the Fuji reel seat.
Adding to the rod, we use comfortable and durable rubber rubbing over the top of thin EVA.
This creates extraordinary comfort and grip with an imprinted diamond pattern on the handle.
